While the California Supreme Court is preparing to consider a state-wide right for freedom to marry this spring……people are being paid for their signatures by well-funded organizations in; an effort to put a discriminatory anti-marriage equality constitutional amendment on the ballot in 2008.

The California Supreme Courts decision is expected sometime in June.
